I'm new on this forum and I post my first message. Sorry for my english!
I am owner of a recently X3 iFive , after having Ainol tablet. I was particularly surprised by the finish provided by FNF materials on this tablet.
Yesterday I noticed that when I press slightly on the first third from the bottom of the tablet in landscape position, in front of a black background , the effects of ripples or little wavelets appears.
You can see this issue on a vidéo: http://youtu.be/Xuc-bxBzsuo
This is a small but unpleasant effect, and I wonder if I have this problem on my model only, or if other tablets are affected by this phenomenon.
I feel there must be an hight pressure between the topcoat and the LCD panel , a touch of the finger is enough to move the LCD crystals.
I know that the tablet uses the OGS technology based on merging the touch surface and the upper protective coating , in particular by removing the air gap between the LCD panel and the sensitive layer. This partly explains the fact that it is particularly thin! I wonder if this contributes to the problem I just mentioned.
I would be very grateful if one of the owners of this tablet (or those of ifive 3 which uses the same technology OGS ) , could make a test to see if these effects also appear wavelets on their tablets, on a portion of the screen , at a slight pressure on a localized area.
