There are multiples ways to do a master reset:

- if you have a CWM Recovery installed, you can do a wipe data / factory reset.

- or you can use the factory reset option in Android: go to Settings / Backup & Reset / Factory data reset.

- finally, the lowest level method is to reflash a firmware using Rockchip Batch Tool and the reset button.
