I had to enter in Mask Rom Mode, and I´ve tried about 10 ROM´s and None of them have worked fine.
If you want to tell me about any other resource or tool I´ve tried too.
Here the Information:
Branch: Insignia
Model: ns-14t002
Board: T8230-68_MB_V1.0
Processor: Rk3168
1GB RAM
8GB Internal Memory
Screen: 8" (Inches)
Resolution: 1024x768
Wifi module: AP6210 (I think).
It comes from factory with Jelly bean I think, however anything you got will help me a lot. Please, I appreciate any advice you give me. Thanks in advance.
Thanks a lot.

Every tab has its own kernel (hardware abstraction layer). When the genuine kernel is gone no chance to recover the tab.

Thank you very much Oma for answering so fast, I really thank you, but I dont know whether the Kernel has gon. Could you explain it to me How can I check that?
Why can´t I install another firmware? I dont understand the Kernel thing very well.
I appreciate your comments.

The firmware (kernel and Android) is stored on your NAND. If you did flash other firmware without doing a dump of the genuine firmware first, everything is gone.
The kernel contains the hardware driver for screen, touch, power management, wifi, audio, etc.. So, a kernel is a binary just compiled for exactly a specific device. Flashing other firmware (kernel and Android) will not work, as the strange kernel does not contain the right hardware driver.

Ok, I understand. But, is it possible to install a firmware from another similar tablet? I mean, I´ve read in other forum other guy seems to have a Back-up or a Firmware that acording to him It works fine (or comes from this same tablet). Does it work? Or it has to be the exactly firmware that came with mine?
Again Oma, I thank you so much for you help.

Unfortunately this is like searching a needle in a haybarn. Even a tab with the same name might have different hardware componentes in later production batches. This is a price driven business.
My recommendation would be: forget the tab and enjoy life.

Oma I´m sorry, I need your help again. I took the tablet and tried to give it back to its owner. When I was explanning to him the problem about I could not find a Valid Firmware and it was so difficult to find in the internet, Tha man went into his room and brought another well running identical Tablet. He ask me whether it´s possible to extract the firmware, kernel, and everything from this one as a back up, and then put into the bad one a bring it back to life. I dont know if this is possible and how could I do? Could you help me please.
Again, thank you so much.
