Hi,

Arnova 10 G2 has problem with booting - falshing logo all the time. So I decided to give him firmware from arctablet site. I downloaded RKBatchTool 1,7, installed device in windows7, so it could be reconized as Rockusb Device in Device Manager. I loaded  update.img to the rk batch tool, and pressed Restore. Everything was ok, but when it comes to Download Firmware Start it staying at 0% (only once it reached and then stopped at 13%). After some time it throw an error.1.pngImage Enlarger

Maybe try again with a different USB cable, preferably a good quality one.

Cheers.

Then, maybe it comes from an issue on the flash memory with some memory cells wearing out.

If the device is still under warranty, could be worth sending it for repair/exchange.

Cheers.
