Hi everyone, desperately need help/advice. Just got my Cube U9GTV, overall very impressed (my brother works at Apple, still hasn't been able to convert me). My issue is I can't download mainstream apps like Facebook, Skype, Music Unlimited, Youtube etc. Google Play says "not compatible with your device". This is very concerning...any ideas?
I checked Google Play compatible devices and Cube (the brand) is not mentioned anywhere....help?
The problem comes from the device signature in the file /system/build.prop, Google Play probably doesn't know about the Cube U9GTV. You'll need to change it to make Google Play Store "think" it is another device on which these applications are validated and installable.
We are building such a feature in our ArcTools application, more information on this soon, or just check on the web to use the Galaxy S2 or Google Nexus 7 signatures.

Cube u9gt5 and Chuwi v99 is the same tablet. Just follow this instructions in post 64: http://www.slatedroid.com/topic/39486-chuwi-v99-retina-tablet/page__st__60
Be careful changing buid.prop file. Just read what they said in that discussion.
