ClockworkMod (CWM) Recovery easy install for RK3066 and RK3188 -- TWRP/CWM Flash-Tool and root for RK3288
Please donate to support OMA and CrewRKTablets firmware work, thank you !
Quick update:
I tried again your suggestion, but this time on my Dell laptop, using Nokia USB cable.
After app 20 min. I pressed power button, and I got the battery charging image on the screen. I will let it stay like this and see what happens.
PS> I contacted my provider in China, and he then contacted cube.
this is the response from Cube:

You need to get the tablet in a flashing mode, by either using the a combination of keys (which i don`t know on this tablet) or using adb and issuing the fallowing command "adb reboot bootloader"
Than you will have to install the driver from Rockchip Tools, then open the utility, see if you have a green square, select the new firmware, flash the tablet using the restore option
UPDATE:
Last night I have done the following:
I have pressed Vol+ button and Power button and plugged it to the PC. Installed the driver and the laptop recognized it. I left it overnight like that hoping it would charge. Without unplugging it, I started Rockchip Batch Tool v1.5 and it recognized it. I used Rooted custom firmware for the CUBE U9GT4: kasty-cube_u9gt4-41-102-rooted.zip from this site.
It loaded firmware and I started restore procedure. I took a little but it finished successfully according to the batch tool.
Tablet never booted afterwards. It is not even recognized when I press Vol+ and Power button any more.
I think that this killed it. I do not know what can I do next, if there is anything to be done.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. If anyone can help me I would be ready to provide some support, as long as it is lower than shipping cost to China.
Thank you,
According to the users feedback our Cube U9GT4 1.02 rooted firmware update is working for other users.
When you say Rockchip flasher worked, did you press Restore button in Rockchip Batch tool, can you confirm you got  Restore done Success (1) at the end of the flashing process ?

Let the tablet charge for a while and start Rockchip batch tool in the setup you used to flash your tablet previously. Try again with pushing Vol+ button, keep it pushed then push Power button, see if you can get a green square. Try different ways of pushing these buttons, also trying plugging in the micro usb cable during and after the tablet button are pushed. That's a trial and error process, but it will hopefully work.

If you manage to get the green square again in Rockchip Batch tool, maybe first reflash latest stock official firmware from Cube then test it to see how it goes with your tablet. If it's all fine, you can then decide to try again the rooted firmware.

Well that's all I can help with at the moment, maybe globula can take care of the teamviewer thing, check here:Â

UPDATE:
Last night I managed to boot the device again. I let it fully charge through PC since I do not have 5V/2A.
I flashed the firmware again and this time it rebooted by itself. I look at it it says battery 1%. so I put it to sleep and check it after a while, it says 36%, and I fall a sleep. This morning I get up, screen is flickering again and the tablet is dead... again.
Should I try another firmware?
I am looking for the link for v1.01 to try it. I read somewhere that it worked for someone. lol
Thanks
