Hi, I just received my u9gt4 tablet but the problem is the speaker is too slow and the battery charging indicator is wrong sometime stuck at 33% sometime at 50%. I've try download from [[** please register to see this link **]] but working. somebody please help me.

I don't have a U9GT4, hopefully other users can confirm if they also have the battery issue.
The firmware you refering on your link seems isn't latest, there is a more recent release 1.02 at Cube site:

I've download the firmware from

the folder shows u9gt4 v1.02, but when plug into rockchip batch tool it appear FW: 4.0.04. and not working. Really hate with the supplier which not even reply my email. Never buy from ANDROID TABLET BAY from eugo.

hello, my u9gt4 tablet stays only few minutes on and than it turn off. Even if i charge it on 100 percent it drops down to zero after about 10 minutes. Do you have similar battery issues??

Hi, I have the same problem, do not know how to fix it? Tablet me it was only when I got it in the charger when selecting from the charger turns off after a while.

The volume issue can be fixed by using "Meltus Volume Boost Premium App". This allows raising the volume upto 20 levels. I use "+16" level and there is no distortion in the sound and also the sound is loud enough.
For more boost in audio I use "MX player" which further allows 200% volume boost.

I have same problem with battery, but now it does not even want to boot. When I connect it to charger, regardless is it Power outlet or PC it keeps flickering on and off and I can hear like snap sound.
I do not know if it is connector, battery or something else. Anyone with suggestions??? I hate shipping it back.

Yes, I have also experienced the flickering problem. I connected my tablet to the AC USB charger, charged it for half hour, then removed the charger, turned on the device and then again charged it with AC USB charger till 100%. After that I installed the Latest v1.03 firmware.
You are having problem because battery indicator has become 0 and hence your device is not booting. Just charge it for half an hour with AC charger and then I hope it will boot.

guys if you have this flickering problem connect it to the pc in recovery mode (same thing when you where flashing the firmware) let it charge for a while and it should work now. i had the same problem and solved it like this

My problem is that I cannot even boot or anything. It does not respond. Just when charging, the screen flashes on and off every few seconds, and nothing.
I am newbie on this, If there is a solution I would love to do it but step by step

as i said before connect the tablet to the pc in recovery mod and leave it like this for a while to do this
press the volume up button and keep pressing it then connect the tablet to the pc via usb while you are still pressing the volume up wait for 2 seconds and release the volume up button now it will show nothing on your tablet screen leave like this for 15 minutes and up then charg it with your charger and it should charge normally now . hope this help you
