please write in english
what he said is:
Even the manufacturer's website writing that is necessary 2A charger. Tera, I bought a new charger 2A. Tablet is charging, wait until the charge and I'll let you know if it worked .... two Slovaks ... what a coincidence
Maybe latest firmware helps fixing the problem:
I can't confirm as I don't have a Cube U9GT4, but that may be worth trying.

I had the same problem
changing charger doesn't help here.
I tried with :
- 2A genuine hp touchpad charger
- 2A genuine galaxy S3 charger
I notices that the battery percentage in charge only grows after about 2 hours after plugged to the charger
Battery drain : 1% every 3 seconds !!!
Maybe there is a problem with kernel battery stats...
I have the same problems with official 1.0.1 firmware and 1.0.3 rooted firmware...
