I recently bought the Cube U9GT3 tablet, it's a great device with good value for money, but for me it has one big problem.
When I try to connect the tablet to my main wifi access point, the tablet takes a very long time to connect to the access point. Once connected, the wifi icon will only change to blue for a few seconds. Shortly after connecting the tablet the wifi icon will change form blue to grey and a few seconds later the connection disappears completely. The tablet automatically reconnects to the access point, but shortly afterwards the same events happen again and again.
The strange thing is, I have a second wifi access point in my house, and the tablet has no problems at all connecting to the second access point. I have tried to change all kinds of settings on my main access point, but nothing has helped so far.
Does anyone of you experience the same wifi problems with this tablet, or does someone have a solution for this problem? Many thanks for your help in advance!

I have the same issueAre you running version 1.05 on your tablet? I am considering to install 1.03 to see if the wifi problems still exist after installation.
Yes. I´ve also tried the previous version and it's the same. I think it's a hardware problem...

I guess it's more a (hardware) problem with the router/access point, as my tablet flawlessly connects with other wifi access points. The router I'm experiencing problems with is an Arcadyan ARV7519i
When I open Wifi Analyzer, all the wifi networks in my area are visible. There are some minor changes in intensity but no sudden disappearance of any of the wifi networks (including the one that causes the trouble)
I hope there is someone who has an idea or method that solves this problem...

I got a reply from the supplier where I bought the tablet, he just says I have to buy a stronger router or add a wifi usb-dongle to the tablet. I guess they have never heard of after-sales support in China...
Edit: Looks like it is a major problem with at least one batch of this device, lots of people are complaining on the manufacturer forum:
