Guys, I found on xda a firmware for chuwi v88 which seems the same as our cube (HW pov).
The thread owner posted a kernel for our u35gt2 and he tries every kind of ROM : CM, AOKP, paranoid and AOSP
He released end of July a 4.2.2 firmware with multi windows and sdk 2.0. Maybe worth a try.
He is working on a CM ROM (10.1) for now...

The following users say thank you to Metalazzo for this useful post:Acel337, cyrux
(thanks to cpuz) it seems that the cores are always runing together. No core "shut down", so cpu is always runing almost half speed...
edit: seems to me the kernel is the one at fault...
edit²: I tried to change cpu governor from interactive to on demand.
But now, battery can't go above 43%
It seems that the firmware has ContactsProvider.apk missing. Google drive doesn't work because of that. Also google account synchronization shows an error status because of the same reason. Does anybody have the correct apk? I downloaded one from a thread related u30gt but it doesn't work.
Hello, when I plug my Cube U35GT2 in my PC with Windows 7 Ultimate x64, it's recognized correctly (I installed the driver for Win7x64) and it's showed in the RKBatch Tool v1.7 with green icon, then I wait 2 minutes and 2 seconds and then the tablet self-disconnects automatically always.
I want udgrade the firmware but I think 2 minutes aren't enough to do the whole process.
-Does anybody know if it's normal that the tablet self-disconnects from USB after 2 minutes?.
Try to use a 32 bit OS version to flash.
On most of the recent tablets on rockhip soc (starting from rk3066 and so on) i noticed that after a period they get out from flashing mode by themself if you don`t actually start the flashing process.
