One thing that everyone should note - CWM Recovery for Rockchip is broken by KitKat. Don't install it (i.e, don't install CWM Recovery - until an updated version that fully supports KitKat is released).
I can not install the CWM recovery with Arctools.apk? In the original post it appears that if I can. Please change it to avoid problems.
Thanks for the rapid preparation of your ROMs
JuLePe,
Cheers.

I installed the ROM and from ArcTools I installed the recovery following the tutorial. I have agreed to recovery without problem, but I have not tried any of their functions and seemingly going down well but left some errors appear:
E: Can´t mount /cache/recovery/command
E: Can´t mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Can´t open /cache/recovery/log
E: Can´t mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can´t open /cache/recovery/last_log
Mean that the CWM is functional?
Thanks.

No, CWM Recovery is not functional. It cannot mount anything other than an external sdcard, which basically makes it useless. Installing it from ArcTools seems to succeed (in that it doesn't result in a boot loop to recovery). Installing it in any other way is a recipe for trouble (I know from experience).
Bottom line: if you know what is good for you, you will never install any existing CWM Recovery onto a Rockchip tablet running KitKat.

I am still on the Original BETA, I don't have that lag.
It is working really good. Â But the battery seems to drain really fast compare to previous ROMs, also the screen intensity is inverted, anyone else noticed that too?
Is it the same with this custom ROM?  I guess so since it basically the same ROM.

Could actually some of you who installed this Beta confirm which is the actual screen resolution? I've seen some users in other forums report is 720p instead of 1080p?
Cheers
1920 x 1128 at a density of 240dpi is what the "Android System Information" app says. Antutu test (not device information) says 1848 x 1200.

1920 x 1128 at a density of 240dpi is what the "Android System Information" app says. Antutu test (not device information) says 1848 x 1200.
Antutu shows the "desktop" resolution, not the full display. It means, that the total resolution is reduced by the bottom button bar, and the top statusbar.
But, for me, it is lagging. Not only the launcher, but for example, the stock browser also. I've tried simple webpages ( prohardver.hu for example), without flash, and it takes 1-2 10ths of a second, when it starts scrolling, and after loading the screen, half a second later it rearranges the webpage to fit the screen. I've never seen this before, not on my Allwinner A10 tablet, or Galaxy Ace phone, Mk808 stick, or even on the Cube with the previous firmwares.
Maybe, I will wait for the stable version.

Okay, so sorry for this question if it sound stupid. We should not be able to reboot into recovery with the archtool app then correct? I just tried and got the dead bot with the triangle on it. I was just currious.
Also, I would like to bring a question over from another thread. In an earlier thread some month ago I think, I explained that I had downloaded some of the KK apps. But I had a problem with the camera app so I deceided to uninstall it. At the time both the KK camera app and the stock app were both working. When I erased the KK camera app it appears it took something else with it bacause teh camera app no longer worked. I thought the new upgrade too KK we are all experimenting with would fix that. It did not in mine. I opens and in about 30 it force close itself. I am at awork now with no wifi, but I will probably reflash it again. I did use the restore with the tool. So if anyone has any ideas I'd welcome them. Thanks everyone.
On another subject. camera not withstanding, I do notice a faster boot-up to the home screen with the kk fw. In both launcher and launcher3 modes.
My "Ok google" mode works also. I barely got the rom loaded before having to go to bed last night so I havent loaded anything back in nor surfed the web or updated anythin other than SU, which did it itself. So I'll chime in also with whatever I notice after playing with it also.
