Did you make a back-up before flashing? If you did then go back to original, pull up the thread on that rom and read the whole thread, all of it! You may find your answer there, or ask one of the more experienced folks on that thread!
Be sure to state everything going on with the tablet, form boot up to desktop screen to "crash". It helps to see where you are at. good luck.
thank you maikal for you answer. no i did not make any backup cuz i got the tablet only 3 days ago can you plz tell me where is the thread that explain all about freeze and crash? thanks again
Well Ofers, its like this, you need to give a little more info as I stated in my reply. Do you get to the desktop? did you have cwm installed? did the tablet come with that rom? what is it doing exactly and how far is it getting? You might be able to do a factory restore, and go from there. But the folks here will need a little more info.
I hesitated to tell you to try to flash one of our roms here. I don't know how adept you are at flashing a rom and whether 10 minutes is enough time to get it all done! Geekbuying.com has that original 422/v2.06 rom. So does this site, with rooting cwm. Go to the thread with the 4.2.2 V2.06 rom in the title. read the whole thing and see if you want to try that. You might find an answer to that problem. Other than that you can very apologetically pm Globula Neagra or Admin or DarthJabba with all the details you presented here and see if they can help you.
On the other hand if you are handy with rom flashing Like I said, Geekbuying.com hass all the original roms for the tablet, or choose the ones here. I have found thatthis is the best place to go for that tablet.
you had enough problems
wait for the next stable rom from kasty or dj
i think that experimental roms or kernels experiments to kill the cube ( lol no i am laughing ...)p
but factory reset is a good thing to suppress many problems from cube manipulations (never said here)
(............. dj maikal others don't kill me !!!!!!!)
some of your problems: perhaps the battery
Oh no problem Val. I have no problems with your advise. Ofers please take to heart what Val stated, there are definite problems with installing roms on the tablet. Many of us choose to tinker with our tabs for a variety of reasons. I do it because its a learning experience for me and I like trying out new things. I knew there a chance that anything I did to the tablet could be the last thing I do to it. I do follow the instructions to teh letter but there have been some nail-bitting moments when I thought the end had arrived, but I managed to pull through.
Whether you go for it or not depends how you feel about taking chances. Even 4.2.2 had its problems. If your table is working to your liking then keep it so until the next official rom comes out from the manufacturers. The current Kitkat rom has plenty of problems that have haunted many here. They do concern me also, but Im willing to gamble for now. At this time my cameras, both front and back are not working, and though I would like them to I am not terribly worried about it since I use my tablet mostly to read and experiement with. Keep in mind that this kitkat rom is beta/experimental and things are buggy.
So however you choose you may find help here, or you will be frustrated as heck. But either way you will not be alone. If we can provide your answers then great. Just read entire threads on whatever subject you need to read, and especially if you jump the fence and come to the kitkat rom.
