Do i have to change the data partition size from 2,0 GB (current) to 4,0 GB before installing via the CWM Recovery and how can i do this?
I believe that if you are flashing a "Kasty" or Darthjabba rom, that the rom does it automaticaly if the rom includes CWM with the rom. I havent had to do any partitioning since I came here and started flashing the roms.

If you just flashed it over a previous DarthJabba rom then it should be in your gallery! I don't think the rom changes that. I personal go to an art site that may have something I like
 http://sharpwriter.deviantart.com/art/George-Washington-ZombieHunter-200895876
for example, and just select from there what I like. I'have never seen a background that comes with any system that I particularly like. In any case I looked at my gallery and the drab thing that formerly draped my tablet temporarily was still there.

First with 38 core - staff browser refuses to play videos with this setting enabled, the "full version of the website , YouTube recommends to install flash player.
The second firmware kernel 12 - the same regular browser wonderful plays the video on YouTube with включеной function "full version of the site".
If both the firmware, just different kernels, why is this happening ?

I agree! The one from 204 was cool!  But... maikals suggestion is not useful for me,
because i completely reinstalled all. If someone can share 204 default background image, I would be very grateful.

I may try to extract the original 2.04 background from either DarthJabba zip or my older CWM backup later on.
In the meantime you may want to pick some other background, for example these are visually similar (kind of) to the 2.04 one, here.
