Ok, guys, this is the v2.06 20131029 Kasty ROM in CWM upgrade format:
With stock kernel from Kasty:
http://www.arctablet.com/users/forum/kasty_422_206_20131029_darthjabba_201310302102.zip
With overclocked kernel #38:
http://www.arctablet.com/users/forum/kasty_422_206_20131029_krnl38_OC_darthjabba_201310302104.zip
18 January 2014 - with overclocked kernel "T14" build, based on kernel #12 from 900supersport (CPU=1800mhz; GPU=768mhz; DDR=stock);
18 January 2014 - new overclocked kernels repository; (note - each kernel is in its own CWM upgrade package - you first have to unzip this zip file in order to get at all the kernel packages inside it);
http://www.arctablet.com/users/forum/DJ_OC_kernels_20140118.zip
TIP: I find the "T14" builds better in terms of speed and battery usage - but the "T13" builds run cooler.
* This mod is based on; kasty-cube_u30gt2-422-206_20131029-rooted4
* This mod is set for 4GB data partition.
CHANGES to the Kasty ROM:
1. Some unnecessary library files (relics from removed Chinese apps) have been deleted.
2. Multi-user mode is enabled by default (fw.max_users=5)
3. Some extra user apps added (e.g., Dolphin browser, Reboot, Master Key dual fix, Nova Launcher, Bluebox security scanner, Xposed Installer (has to be enabled first), bash, Terminal Emulator, etc.)
4. persist.sys.ui.hw set to "false" (allows some games to play)
5. ro.rk.systembar.tabletUI set to "true" (solves wallpaper stretch problems)
6. Timezone set to London
7. Language/locale set to GB and English
8. Tablet set to announce itself as GT-P7500 (Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1) – this is for better compatibility with Google Play apps
9. (January 2014 mod only); this mod has an OVERCLOCKED KERNEL; the cpu is clocked at 1800mhz and the cpu is clocked at 768mhz; the DDR memory is not overclocked. The kernel is based on kernel #12 from the freaktab forum 900supersport ROM, using the "T14" DarthJabba build specs (see the discussions on the numbered test overclocked kernels on the this forum). If you are worried about overclocking and what it might do to your tablet, then this mod with the overclocked kernel is NOT for you!
Installation:
0. Eject and remove any external SD card
1. Copy this zip file to the tablet's internal SD card (i.e., NAND)
2. Reboot the tablet to CWM Recovery
3. Select "Install zip from sdcard"
4. Then select "Choose zip from sdcard"
5. Scroll on the SD card to this zip file, and select it
6. Confirm that you do want to install it; the installation process will take several minutes.
7. The tablet will reboot back to the CWM Recovery
8. Select "Reboot system now"
9. Go and make a cup of tea and sandwich.
10. Drink the cup of tea and eat the sandwich; make sure you spend at least 10 minutes doing this.
11. Come back to the tablet after 10 minutes. Everything should be ready now.
NOTES:
A. You may need to reboot the tablet once or twice for things to settle down completely.
DISCLAIMER:
You use this mod entirely at your own risk! If your tablet is bricked, then that is too sad.
If you are worried about bricking your tablet, then STOP RIGHT NOW !!!

I have installed 2.06 final DJ overlocked version without any problem. The previous one ( test 2.06 DJ mod ) was impossible to install. Got frozen at Arctablet logo. You could keep it like that any possible time long without any change. Therefore I went back to 2.04 DJ overlocked mod. Now I am happy with the newest version. At the time being did not notice any problems but it is not enough time yet to find anything wrong. Will revert about this mod 2-3 days later.

I've been running the initial 38 special, not this one. It gets hot when I play my more demanding games dead trigger 2 & GOF2, not umbearably too hot, but I have a cover from geekbuying.com and can still feel it a little bit. Cover is not too thick though. In any case I only had GOF2 originaly. When I got the 38 special from DJ I got the DT2 to take advantage of the overclocking on the tablet. I have no complaints with a little heat. When I use it as a reader, I get no heat through the leather cover. Right now I have it chaging and I don't feel heat, but if I take it out the cover a feel some heat lower left hand quadrant where it would rest on the palm of my hand, but not enough to concern me.
Now if you pardon me I am off to get the latest 38 special from the man!
Hey pretty heavy upgrade Darthjabba! twice as big as the previous one?

DOing great t his AM with the new 38 special. If it means anything antutu was 19,670's. which is right about where the previous 38 special was at. Still a little warm on the back when playing or charging, but less noticeable when unplugged from power cable. Liked the wall paper it came with but intead I went with this, http://sharpwriter.deviantart.com/art/George-Washington-ZombieHunter-200895876
Okay, so am a little not right for that, but heck, its pretty awesome!
Oh right, review...Sooo needless to say I am still happy with the new version so far. Will be doing battery callibration later tonight. BUt all my apps are more responsive on loading and exit. Less hang time. The win8 thing in the utilities page is nice, but would have preferred darker theme, but no real complaints so far.

Report:
1. Installed Admins 2.06 firmware without a problem!
2. Installed CWM recovery (with ArcTools - with the step by step youtube link) without a problem!
3. Installed DarthJabbas kernel #38 OC without a problem!
Initial observation:
- Entire process took less than half an hour
- Everything is ok! Except:
1. the new nasty CUBE default background - changed it immediately )
2. the settings "page" is in white color now (can I change that back to black?)
Thank you Admin and DarthJabba!

Agree. It is really nasty. I have changed it as well. Settings page white color is quite strange but I am getting used to it.
