Ok, here are my CWM update.zip packages of Kernel #38 For Kasty v2.04 ROMs;
A. Stock Kernel #38:
http://www.arctablet.com/users/forum/kernel38_darthjabba_201310171911.zip
B. Overclocked Kernel #38:
http://www.arctablet.com/users/forum/kernel38_overclocked_darthjabba_201310171913.zip
DISCLAIMER:
You use these zip files entirely at your own risk. If your tablet is bricked, then that is too sad. If you are worried about bricking your tablet, then STOP RIGHT NOW.
To install either of these kernels you must have CWM Recovery installed, and you must have a Kasty v2.04 ROM for Cube U30GT2 from arctablet.com.
Installation:
0. Remove any external SD card
1. Copy the zip file to the tablet's internal SD card (NAND)
2. Reboot the tablet to CWM Recovery
3. Select "Install zip from sdcard"
4. Then select "Choose zip from sdcard"
5. Scroll on the SD card to the zip file, and select it
6. Confirm that you do want to install it
7. The tablet will reboot back to the CWM Recovery
8. Select "Reboot system now"
9. Wait for about 2 minutes after rebooting. Everything should be ready now.

people said something about overclocked gpu, is it true?what d'you mean? if it's overclocked?
2nd link Kernel is overclocked.
I know that the GPU (in this case: 4*A9) Is overclocked, but I heard that also the GPU (in this case: 4*Mali400) overclocked.
Is the gpu really overclocked?

I flashed last night. I noticed a bit of stalling on loading app windows after a slight stalling of the app to open the window, if you understand what I mean, a delay from pressing the app to open to actual opening of the app. Apps were loading to black windows, then content would appear. I was too tired to explore it more. I did do a dalvik and cashe wipe of course and rebooted afterwards.
Any one else noticed this? I will re-flash again today to see if that clears it. I did it twice last night, but it was late and did not fully look/think into it much.
Also I think, though I may be wrong. Its running a little hotter, probably because I loaded othe overclock version...DUh, I guess I am still on my first cup of coffee.
Darth I have mine with your last rom, no phone apps. I will try it out this way for a few days. Then I would like to try it with the phone apps. Is that phone mod you made for us a few weeks ago still usable with this latest and greatest 38 specials?

It should work with any JellyBean ROM and kernel. After all, it just installs a few apps.

If there is some demand in the forum, I'll rebuild a custom firmware based on DarthJabba releases in update.img format. Still  I agree with him it shouldn't be needed once you've CWM Recovery installed and running it's very easy to install his firmware/packages.
Cheers.

http://www.arctablet.com/users/forum/kernel38_darthjabba_201310171911.zip rom installed, you see the change in Settings -> About tablet to kernel # 38, but in CPU-Z application continue the same frequency of 1.61 GHz, in my opinion the performance has not changed, maybe more battery consumption (20% in 2hrs browsing internet). Missing something be done to change the frecuency to 1.8 Ghz? or is OK this frecuency to 1.61 Ghz without overclocking? I tried to save battery and overclocking I consider consuming more resources.Â

Yes Please I've a problem getting CVM Recovery working so an update.img format rom would be much appreciated.
Oh and thanks for all the great work you guys!Â
