Hi,

I am having difficulties installing the USB driver for cube U30GT2

Windows is not recognizing the driver from Rockchip_Batch_Tool_v1.6\RockusbDriver\x64\win7

- The table is in 'Power' and 'Volume +' mode before being plugged into the USB port.

- USB debugging is enabled on the tablet

- Tried all USB port

- Tried different laptop with win 7 32 bit => Same result

Thanks!

Is the "The table is in 'Power' and 'Volume +' mode" the flashing mode (where you use rockchip tools) or the recovery mode ?

Hi,

Thank you for the reply.

- I did the (power and volume + keys) mode. The tablet shows an android maintenance logo.

- I don't have another usb cable to test.

- I tried RKBatchTool 1.7 RKBatchTool 1.6 and RKBatchTool 1.5 drivers with no luck.

Thank you!

Well, that is not flashing mode, therefore the drivers that you are trying to install from the rockchip tools will not work.
What are you trying actually to do ?

You need to get the tablet in flashing mode to do that, at this moment you are not doing it right, i already offered you guidance in my first reply on how to get your tablet in flashing mode.

anyway, here is the link again

Try another USB slot. I had no luck with USB3, but it worked well on the same PC with USB2.

It is working now thank you. I had to keep my finger pressed on the Volume + while plugging the usb cable into the laptop.

Neagra...if...you gonna give someone advise about flashing...don't say:

-the flashing mode can be obtained on each rockchip using either a key combination scheme (eg: power + reset + menu).

No e.g.'s...simply...tell him exactly which buttons to press on the U30GT2...NO E.G.'s!!!!...

Or...don't reply...if you don't know yourself...instead of being sarcastic to him!

Cheers.

Chaz.

I am not sarcastic and I see a pattern in your reply`s, where you are offending me :) .
I don`t know the patterns on all the rockchip tablets, but even so, I do manage to help more then you do, by flaming.
In that topic which I gave him, he has also alternatives ways in which he can get the tablet in flashing mode.

And learn how to use "..." you are far away from using them properly in the above context.

PS: The man managed to flash his tablet using my guide and I quote you "Are you just playing the idiot?" was written by me, the IDIOT, but at least some of us to understand some simple terms and are able to apply them.

Ps2: Stop flaming/offending me, or I will be forced to act more punitive next time when you will do it.
