I've received mine one week ago from cube-tablet.com, the tablet has been working well the first day, when the battery was empty I tried to charge it, nothing happened no logo, no light, I write now every day to "cube-tablet" where I've bought it, they don't let me ship it back, they answer it's a firmware problem, I should update the firmware to solve the problem, I don't know if it's possible with a completely empty battery, and when I connect the tablet with my computer there is no sign of connection...Please if you can, help me, thanks.

Do not trust cube-tablet.com no warranty.
I had the same problem.
I sent the tablet to them in order to fix it.
They send me back, a tablet with broken screen.
Also i payed 16 euro to sent the tablet.
Share and post everywhere in order to save our money.

The polarity of the adapter is just the other way around, so center is min and the large area(outside of the connector) is plus. Normally you would think it's the other way. Outside 12 volt, inside 0 volt.

Please help...After you upgrade to RK3188: Odys IRON - CM11 Edition I have broken tablet http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?p=3591
flash ran normally but when it starts tablet, turns on a black screen only appears crew rktablets and that's it. Did not get into CWM, because at PWR + and VOL unresponsive. Given that the tablet will not boot, connect via USB to a PC is not ... You do not know what to do ?? Thanks.  I apologize for my English

you can try connecting to usb with marsboard v2.1, maybe the switch button. Rockbatch tool works with the volume plus and powerbutton.
