Using es file explorer on a rooted device. Activated root access and hidden files in es explorer.

I removed following apps:

/data/app
com.google.android.gm-1.apk
com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox-1.apk
com.google.android.launcher-1.apk (only if another launcher is installed like nova launcher)

/system/app
BasicDreams.apk
Bluetooth.apk (if not using bluetooth)
Calculator.apk
Camera2.apk (since the camera is bad one)
com.arctablet.arctools.apk (don't remove it if you want to installe cwm)
com.google.android.launcher-0.10.1.920880.apk
DeskClock.apk
Email.apk (it has push/pull activated so extra battery time)
Exchange2.apk
FiveVideoPlayer.apk (i use another videoplayer)
Galaxy4.apk
Gallery2.apk
Gmail.apk ( don't use gmail email account)
Launcher3_generic.apk
MediaUploader.apk (maybe for uploading photo's with Facebook)
PicoTts.apk (is for Phone use on cube)
PrintSpooler.apk (for printing through wifi)
RkExplorer.apk ( i use es file explorer)
SoundRecorder.apk

The device boots right and google market can be used.

Dictionary.apk could also be removed, after have chosen the right system language in settings.
