I've just seen the latest CM11 Android 4.4 "KitKat" for the Galaxy S3 and it looks very good. The latest version is supposed to allow even very basic hardware to run it so it should be amazing on the Cube.
If anyone hears/sees any info relating to KitKat for our tablet post it here so we can all see.
If you're feeling brave, there are some KitKat apps here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2506344

Darth Jabba, the Dark Jedi from Nal Hutta
Well, I have flashed most of what available for Kit Kat, apps, screen and launcher. I have had annoying problems since I did that. Especially the launcher, which I downloaded while bored at home last weekend just out of curiosity. Well what they say about idle hands and idle times is correct. The launcher has given my cube the most annoyance. I want to return to the stock launcher. In fact I want to go back to the stock firmware, just to see if I can clear all of these minor problems and then just do a Darth Jabba OC #38 with a clean slate. I can tell you so far none of those KitKat tidbitts make any difference in the Cube unless some appropriate fiddling is done so the Cube can accept it.
I got all my kitkat tidbitts from xda by the way.
