Hello,

Something I've noticed since my Cube U30GT tablet turned up, is the screen redraw when flicking between launchers or resizing an image with the finger pinch gesture is pretty poor compared to the iPad. It is there on an iPad, but it's at least 10 times better. The more I use my new Android tablet the more it annoys me. I wondered if it was just the Cube or if it's Android and having used a friend's tablet the other day, it looks like it's Android's fault, as the same problem was there on the Galaxy as well. To see it you have to look carefully, but now I have I can't un-see it if you know what I mean. So firstly, does everyone else see it? Why does it even exist when my hardware is easily comparable to the iPad and is there a fix?

Cheers,

Warpig.

Just to clarify what I mean, I'm not talking about any performance issues with the tablet, I'm just trying to describe (possibly unsuccessfully) how smooth the icons move from left to right when swapping between launcher screens (or whatever the correct terminology is...). You can do it slowly or quickly and you can see the icon redraw as it moves across the screen. You see the same when resizing an image as well. Compare it to an iPhone or iPad and you'll see the `massive` difference. Any thoughts?

OK let me give you a simple example then. If on the home screen you press and move the screen slightly to the left or right the text of the icons goes fuzzy, it's barely legible. If you do this on the iPad or iPhone you'll see it's much smoother. Am I describing this adequately?
