Have you tried using another usb cable ?
Reinstall all the drivers ?
Yes I tried several usb cables.
As for the driver that is the main problem I found out.
If I install it WinXP will see the U30GT in the device manager.
And I hear it connect to usb, but the rockchip does not see the tab.
So i know it is alive (even though i see the dead android) but atm i cannot get the driver to work.
I think that is what is blocking a save reflash.
use only the usb ports from the back, if you have a pc unit
try to remove any other cables that can interfere or create a conflict in the flashing process
last step, use another pc
First, good USB cable, then plug cable into unpowered, off tablet, start rock chip 1.5 flash utility, then chose update firmware, then hold volume up button on cube and start button cube, then plugin USB cable to PC, device one button in rock chip utility will turn green or gold, then release buttons , then chose recover button in rock chip utility. Wait for utility to verify update, then release USB device in win, unplug cable and boot cube.
