i tried the root checker but it says "sorry,this device does not have proper root access".

am trying to download from playstore but "the device is not compatible"

what shall i do?

Flash with Rockchip Batch Tool, use Restore button.

it was a success. thanks a lot.

some apps cannot be downloaded from playstore. it says device is not compatible. what can be done?
