Make sure you have the U23GTC4-W model. If you have the U23GTC4 use the firmware from post #1.
In any case, don't forget to use Restore button when flashing with Rockchip Batch Tool 1.7.

Hi, I have problems when trying to install. I have not found the install guide this time and I think I may have the wrong kernel or something like that, because I get the message "check chip foul" when using restore in RKbatch, I should have installed something wrong and I don't know how to go back.

It should work also with a key combination. Is there a Reset? Try Vol+ and Reset.
You need to use the right kernel for your tab. As far as I know GTC4 or GTC4-W is the beginning of the Serial Number.
