Hi guys,

I hope you can help me with this. I recently bought a new U23GT and received it few days ago. After flashing the New rooted ROM Ver. 1.06 and recognized that the Tab's CPU is just clocked at 1400 Mhz instead of 1600 and the device Battery does't charge up to 100 % It only vharges upto 89 % or sometimes 97 % and start to drain until it shows 36 % or so and suddenly jumps to 0 % and the device switches off.

Today I flashed the previous ROM 1.05 on the device wondering that the CPU clocked at 1608 Mhz which is how it meant to be. But the battery Problem is still there. I also tried to re-calibrate the battery but no change.

What would you suggest? What should I do?

I can only say to you that the Cube U23GT  battery is, let's say, subpar. I have the same problems with it, and the CPU clock is now 1400 Mhz by design I think, being Cube's fix for the overheating issue. Don't let these little issues spoil your fun with your new toy. Enjoy

Hi, Thank you for the reply. I've downgraded to version 1.05 and CPU is clocked at 1608 Mhz.

But due to the Battery nothing helped and  the situation is much worse now after a week. 

The Tablet switches off after charging time of 5 hours or more in only 20 Min ON time watching a video. 

That is anything else rather than superb. I've ordered a new battery ( 3,7 Volt 4800 mAH from china)

in addition I will be able to test a  new charger in 2 days.

Maybe I mean I hope that's a charger problem.
