Yes, loader (v2.10) is the same one as in Kasty KK ROMs. I didn't need to touch loader in order to transition from Kasty to this ROM.

However, I forgot to replace kernel with suitable one (Kasty/DarthJabba U30GT2) during the flashing procedure which resulted in tablet being unable to boot up afterwards. Perhaps it was actually booting as USB device kept being reported in Windows as connecting/disconnecting but the screen stayed black/off. Luckily it was possible to switch tablet into flashing mode again and finally flash suitable kernel.

Hello,

i've just installed your rom on my Cube U30GT2 with the stock kernel and the CWM Fix from here.
No problems found, this ist the BEST rom i've had on this tablet until now.
Adblocker, SEFix, Resolution Changer, FileManager, CPU Tweaks, ... everithing is included.

Also the audio enhancement with Viper4AndroidFX is really helpful.

Do you plan to support the U30GT2 with future verisions?

MANY thanks for this great rom!
Best regards,
Thomas

PS:
I will cross post this to android-hilfe.de if it is ok for you.

Thank you for feedback!

Yes, the Cube is on our list to roll-out OmniRom and CM11.

Sure, you can post this on AH.

@EzerchE: i guess you can, but better use newer OC kernels posted by DarthJabba here:

http://www.arctablet.com/blog/forum/cube-u30gt2/rom-cube-u30gt2-android-4-4-2-kitkat-custom-root-firmware-20140219/page-13/#p43080

I use the top clocked one and it runs fine on my unit.

update: The model fix also rotates 90º the screen, so applying first

Model fix (install via CWM): http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1823

and then a custom kernel: kernel-95kitkat_cpu1800_gpu768h_ddr667, tablet works flawlessly!

Thanks.

Battery use has been reduced by 1h. I had 3h with funrom, now 2h with this rom and kernel-95kitkat_cpu1800_gpu768h_ddr528.

My battery is the original one, 1 year old now.
