Hi Sir, thanks for the reply, i really appreciated it. Unfortunately, theres no stock firmware available on Kata's website, but im willing to dump stock firmware (this will be my first time though), but i dont have any idea how to, i tried to search the web for a through instructions on how to dump a stock firmware, but i havent found anything comprehensible in the level of my understanding as a novice. Thank you once again sir Oma for the time in reading this post.

Open a terminal and type:
su
dmesg >/mnt/sdcard/dmesg.txt
logcat -d -v time >/mnt/sdcard/logcat.txt
cat proc/cmdline >/mnt/sdcard/cmdline.txt
cat proc/mtd > /mnt/sdcard/mtd.txt
Zip and upload the logs.
