Is the same as stock (frequency and voltages). But with less steps for frequency ( CPU and GPU), that mean a little better responsiveness for the tab. I just overclocked a little bit the RAM speed beetween stock Kernel

Well it's made a noticeable difference for my tablet. Much more responsive. Apps open up and close that little bit quicker. Switching between apps is also better.

How can I check what is causing the freeze for me? Is there a way to check a log about the crash after I power on my device?

Flash with RKDevelopTool_v1.37.
Only select image file and tick the kernel option. Untick all other check boxes.
Do not erase IDB. just RUN

Any progress on the camera libs?
I did try several things but no luck. Also did try to port back the 4.2 modules but also no success.
I guess my knowledge is not enough 
Guys lets fix the cameras and I will make an update.img

Hi all, i found theses in first pack than OMA provide in the file "CrewRKTablets_KK_4.4.2_Iron_v1.2_model fix_AOC_Q70S15_2" . I provide them in attachements.  Replace them in /system/lib/hw/ and for "camera.goldfish.so" i use the one provide in Odys Iron v1.2. And the problem i've got, the image is rotated 90° clockwise.  And if i use the 4 files provide in 4.2.2 (1.06), the camera is broken too (cannot connect to camera .... ).Â
Do you test other libs from other Cube tabs or iFive X2 Kit Kat ?

OK. I will test the libs later.
But, I have read about that "problem" elsware.
The thing is that the camera orientation is taken from the camera app.
If the camera is hardware rotated not like the camera in the tablet (the one that oma have) we have to mod the cemera app.
I will try to use the stock 4.2 camera app and report back.
ETID 1: I tested the libs. Yes the camera indeed works.
EDIT 2: Is I suspected the problem is the camera2.apk Why? Because if you download some other camera app like HD camera app the camera is displaying the correct orientation. Ill try to mod the stock Camera2.apk and will write back

Good job vasil_d ;). This is good news indeed. With your tests,the Camer a2.apk is the problem
You can try to take the camera apk from kitkat rom from cube u30gt2 or ifive x2. Because they got same specs for the two cameras than the U39GT , and with (a lot of) chance, the CMOS modules are the same.

Just flashed the "kernel106_cpu1608h_gpu600h_ddr720 " kernel above my 4.2.2 (v1.06) JB firmware and everything seems ok. I have to test for hours now.
EDIT : For people using Windows 8.1, as I do, the drivers for Rockchip 3188 are not recognized easily. It's not easy but I found a way to do it. If someone need informations about it, ask me.

I did test the libs and camera2apk from ifive X2 and stock 4.4 cube u30gt earlier today, but no luck.
The camera orientation is the same.
I will read how to mod the apk camera app. Never did something like that before so I hope I will get it right.
About the kernel. I did test all of them and for my tablet best behavior (i mean speed) is with the kernel witch does hove less steppings for the speeds.
Like I did say before the bottleneck for the RK3188 is the NAND/eMMC speed witch is related to the NAND drivers (modules). If they improve that some day the speed improvement will be enormous.
I also did test some 4.4. frame-res.apk from other roms, because i hate that the BACK/HOME/TASK buttons are centered. It is not conformable this way for that 9'' screen. Did have success for 2-3 deferent frame-res.apks.
And last thing - if you want to have a boot animation (not a blank screen) you can replace the bootanimation.zip located in /system/media with the stock one and the boot animation is working. I am attaching the file

I know this is not the place to post and 4.2.2 ROM, but just for you all I decided to share.
I have made a 4.2.2 ROM containing the following tweaks and mods:
1. Rom based on the 1.04 release. In all my test this release is the fastest one
2. Kernel from 1.06 released with stock CPU, GPU and slight overclock of the RAM. Thanks to PRIMUS for the mod. No over- or under- voltage. Just RAM to 600 Mhz and less stepping for CPU and GPU. For me thats the best behaving kernel and best power usage.
3. PreRooted and SuperSU app for root access
4. Parameter file for 2GB space for user apps. I think we do not need more, because all large apps are able to be installed on SD
5. ! removed some lib .so files, because they contain trojan (ESET and Kaspersky confirmed)
6. Modded build.prop file for EN interface, removed ADB notification, faster scrolling and other minor stuff
7. Removed all china apps/crap
8. Edited some pictures for the rom
9. Minor stuff in adition
10. Last but important working TAKS/APP switching button. No need to go to HOME before switching to recent/other app.

Hi vasil_d, i just began test of your ROM. It's very good 
and the repair of Task Manager is very useful. And i like too the UI Tablet.
Thanks for this mixed/tuned 4.2.2 ROM.

So far it is really responsive rom. There is no random reboot or freeze whatsoever.Â
