CWM should just claim not to find the log from last run.

For KitKat did you use this format_NAND?  http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1581

There is a M33 kernel in the archive: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1588

Which tab is yours? Can you provide the kernel?

Open a terminal and type: cat /sys/class/rkwifi/chip

What is the result?

Just to verify: please try the KK v1.0 build, which comes with stock recovery.

wifi / bluetooth not working on pipo m8 pro - rk903 chip. It don't work on any of Oma's roms.

Is there any workaround for that...? I tried to copy the modules from stock rom but didn't help.

Any chance that we will see a KitKat ROM for the U9GTV/Visture/Xoro/DragonTouch clones?

Thanks Oma. The V88 is a 7.9 inch 1024x768 screen tablet. Will this be a problem or will the (4.2?) kernel from my tablet (9.7 inch 2048x1536 screen) take care of the screen differences?

The kernel will manage that. We need to set dpi=260 in build.prop later.

Thank you Oma, I will give this a try this weekend and report on my success.

Update: Could not wait for the weekendEmbarassed. Installed the V2.2 KK V88 ROM. Set the dpi to 260 and the screen rotation to 270 and I got a U9GTV running KitKat. Screen is at maximum resolution which slows it down a bit (Antutu ~ 17800) but it is smooth.

There are probably a few other things I could set in the build.prop but it is good for now

Thanks again Oma!

PS The only small improvement that I would like to see is some animation between the Oma lightning screen and the "login" page. The first time the screen went black I thought the tab was deadLaugh
