Thanks,
2 things
1. What is the Wifi Manager for?
2. Please disable the WLAN Standby only for a test.
What I can see, is that there are several attempts to assign IP 0.0.0.0, so the WLAN did not receive a correct IP.
But to say more, I'll have to ask netlars, he knows better the CM10.1 than me.

The internal sd was not reachable with pc (xubuntu 13.10 64bit), but the tablet has no problem.
I reformatted the card with android, I still receive:
Error mounting /dev/sdb1 at /media/9651-1416: Command-line `mount -t "vfat" -o "uhelper=udisks2,nodev,nosuid,uid=1000,gid=1000,shortname=mixed,dmask=0077,utf8=1,showexec,flush" "/dev/sdb1" "/media/9651-1416"' exited with non-zero exit status 32: mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sdb1,
missing codepage or helper program, or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
dmesg | tail or so
If I format the card with gparted (fat32), it is not recognized by tablet anymore. CWM also can not format the sdcard ... it is gone.
I installed the sdcard rw fix.

The internal sd is formatted with ext4 thru the format_nand.zip.
Don't change this.
You flashed our CM10.1 with our boot.img, you did not change this to stock right?

no, all the images from CM10.1.
gparted did not recognized the sdcard partition as ext4?
now I can not format the sdcard in android, cwm, and gparted
android says, sd-card is damaged
PC - unavailable
cmw - fails, no partition
how can I restore sd-card?
I thought the internal is fat32 however is the external. That means I can use ext4 at external sd? nice

You should never try to use gparted, or something else from linux thru the USB to the Tablet.
Only thing I can say now.. reflash all, including parameters and eraseIDB.
Sorry, but you have killed the partition table on the NAND I think.

But I can not re flash the CM10.1. To flash the NAND zip I need to store this at internal sd, because external is not available.
After flashing, the contents on the sd card where still availabe...would stock flash work? :/
sry, but what do you mean with re flash parameters?
EDIT: ah, ok you mean ..rockdevparameters
I try to re flash stock, if this works, I can flash CM10 ...
... back to stock worked, puh ... change to my last CM10 bup

Device is restored.
I'm sorry, but I was confused about the no external_sd thing. After a second nand fix install, I discovert that sdcard = external_sd
emmc = sdcard
Result: external sd is reachabe

Some more logs, but seems the same messages are repeating.

Could you contact netlars about the wifi problem?
I found another small problem, the wifi is turning off in standby, whatever I choose at wifi policy.
With the xeno 10 stock, it was chaos:
never = always on
only when connected = Default - when screen turns off
always = Never when pluged in
If I try a extended wifi lock, the app says: "Failed to modify sleep policy".

I've already contacted netlars, but we have not found a solution yet.
About the chaos of the wifi state, I don't think its chaos.
The policy is called "WLAN to be turned of in standby". So the states you describe do exactly what they should do:
never = always on
only when connected = Default – when screen turns off
always = Never when pluged in

No, the wifi policy is called "WLAN im Standby Modus aktiviert lassen" translated "Keep wifi on during sleep" ... however.
@ CM10.1 "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" > "always"
He is only keeping wifi on if it is plugged in.

Ok, these are not so good news, I set hope at the not yet part.
If there is something else I could try, let me know.

Does something change from 1.3.3 to 1.3.4 about wifi? I could not find a chagelog.

I pick up the nice wifi fix to this thread, because it is off topic over there.
@oma
The wifi standby instruction rule is still not working, maybe you have an idea why?
