Sorry I'm a little bit lost at this point.
What exactly did you do?

I flashed the CM10.1 image with my kernel and installed the NAND fix. After that the tablet booted
The CWM recovery is a bit strange. I can not load the fix from external-sd, this card is not even shown at mounts and storage. I do not know what sd-ext is, but it is not working. If I try to create a nandroid image, it is not possible at my internal sd card, only at the external ...
ok, I just flashed the image, so I had not enough time for testing. But I did not find the superuser program to take a look at the settings.
Which fixed should I flash now? and after each fix a reboot?
EDIT: ah, su is @ settings

wait, you have no extern_sd shown in CWM?
if you make in CWM install zip from external sd, this does not work?

now it has booted?
Great. the graphic errors were mentioned before.
But how did you a format_nand without having external_sd? Never seen this before.

I have 2 sd cards, one is the internal sdcard (Â permanently installed) and one external.
I could not flash the zip from external
-> so reflash original image -> copy zip to internal sd -> reflash CM10 -> flash zip with CMW
I had this RK30GENERIC_CWM previously installed. External sd is available, but flashing the fixes seems not to work.

yes, its normal to have 2 sd cards.
The internal sdcard should be mounted at /mnt/sdcard and the external one on /mnt/external_sd.
I have never the case that external_sd is not available... I'll have to ask Oma tomorrow about that, thats not normal and could cause weired errors.

A small report as my first impression:
- WLAN is connecting! jey
- CM 10 is working fine
but is not every time, where other devices establish solid connection, I would describe it as:
- connection is unstable
- package loss
- connection loss (but can reconnect after some time)
- slow connection, till it is connected but no transfers
I will observe this some days.

Is this issue always on all WLAN networks happening?
I don't think that using another kernel will be possiblle, cause as far as I know the kernel you are using is your stock kernel, and another kernel is not available.
You have linked similar issues at code.google discussion. There were made changes to wpa_supplicant, perhaps CM did not receive this changes, something I could try to check. If CM did not merge the AOSP changes, then we could make a merge on our own.

and perhaps a logcat/dmesg could help to see what happens to the WLAN.

Not at all networks, my home wlan is working with wpa2.
The uni network is the problem.
uni network:
encryption WPA2 + AES
authentication: 802.1x + PEAP/ MSCHAPv2
I tested to more networks, but last time I tried to connect to a public wlan, it also failed.
@the google thread I see only one post, which could help
https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=36638#c27
But this is not permanent and I do not know now how to compile that.
