Hi Guys! It's been around 3 months since I bought izotron nks007 tablet and its working great. I was thinking to flash Oma's AOSP 4.2.2 v3.3 on my device. But, I am not sure which Kernel should I use.
I have downloaded Oma's AOSP 4.2.2 v3.3 rom and izotron's nks101 firmware. iZotron's firmware (available on http://www.mediafire.com/folder/pbq6xx47seymo/NKS007) does come with Kernel.img file. But, the Kernel Archive available on http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?p=2315 doesn't have any link for the compatible kernel.
Attached is the kernel image which i got from the official firmware. Could you please help me with this?
Kernel is now in the archive: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1401
I'd recommend the CM10.1 build.

Hi Oma...Thank you for posting the Kernel.
I tried to flash both CM10.1 v1.3.5 and Android 4.2.2 v3.3 Builds on my tablet. But, after flashing the builds, my tablet wasn't able to get into the CWM to perform the further steps. Screen was blank. So, I tried to flash the default recovery.img file. After flashing, the tablet was able to get into the recovery mode to delete the cache etc. But, the tablet wasn't able to boot.
Currently, I have flashed back the default firmware and my tablet is working fine. Is there any way I could get your builds to work on my tablet?
Have you changed the kernel?

Then you should not have a blank screen. At least kernel logo shoud be shown. Try again.
If you get a bootloop then flash with stock recovery first: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=1036
