Welcome. I have a MyTab 7+ tablet. It is running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. 

Is it possible to upgrade to 4.4 KitKat ?

I have a full system dump and system logs (logcat + DMESG)

Negative. For KitKat you will need a selinux kernel. I guess kernel sources are not published?

Just for documentation purpose: MyTab 7+ has Atheros AR9271 wifi.

Ok. I still have one question. Recently I was looking for some custom rom but I have not found anything rk3026. Is it possible to create this type of chipset Cyanogenmod 10 something?

I have installed TWRP Recovery on tablet.

There is not much development for rk3026boards.

A build for Atheros wifi is here: http://www.arctablet.com/blog/forum/crewrktablets-rk3026-entwicklung-und-customroms-development-and-croms/rom-cube-u25gt2-h-android-4-2-2-custom-root-firmware-20140622/

No need to flash the loader. Just change the kernel in folder rockdev/Images: http://crewrktablets.arctablet.com/?wpfb_dl=2261

Ok.

After light problems with the system turned on the flashing up and works pretty well.  :)
