is there have an android 4.3 for rk2918 tablets?

If we get it managed to release a full working AOSP JB 4.2.2 for RK2918, then there will be a JB 4.3 release. Unfortunately there are problems in the vivante gpu drivers at this time and we are working on that point.
The best for now is the CM10.1 release, which is based on JB 4.2.2 at the moment.
Stay tuned, we do our best.
