Hello, first time posting here and i hope you gurus can help me.Lets get to the chase...
So, a friend of mine brought me a chinese made tablet to fix and it seems i cant find the right rom to flash via RockShip Batch Tool. The only way i can interact with the device is by using the mentioned tool.It came with a philips brand(i highly doubt its actually philips) since he bought it for 30euros and it booted with philips logo.I flashed the Kasty yuandao vido n70s 422 20130801 rooted3.img and now everything is gone but i can still flash a new rom(Kasty didnt work).

Some more info:

Before total soft brick:-Model version:PI 2000(searched official philips websites, never found it)

i think we have the same problem as i have before on my rk3168. using batchtool to flash wrong firmware erased loader and now device stuck in MASKROM mode. since tech support for my device was non-existent, acquiring the official firmware to use was impossible. i only way that it was fixed was to have it flashed at the service center...

anyways, have you tried to connect it and use AndroidTool2.1? you should try and check if its still detected in pc and in what mode(maskrom or rkloader). the real problem though is getting the right firmware or a compatible one to yours since the stock firmware is probably gone now.

Ok, first of all thanks for answering, secondly,i read your message and i came to this:

I cant see how AndroidTool2.1 would help me since its a backup tool and the official firmware is probably gone by now.

Its detected by my pc as RockChips Device(Device Manager),and by RockShipBatchTool as 7-2 device.

How can i tell the difference between Maskrom or RKloader??

Thats what my OP says,i just need a firmware, official or custom to flash it and save the device.

Thanks

So i have managed to flash rom from Cube U25 GT tablet,it seems to boot fine but the resolution is messed up.I think this is because the Cube GT uses 1024x600 and the device i have supports only 800x400,any help on that?

Hi Oma7144,

I have similar problem with my Tablet Sencor Elements 8".

I got into recovery mode and it got stuck there, volume +/- movement did not work.

I tried to switch it off and then it never went on again.

Specs of the tablet are the same as of Radianced ones, just the resolution is 1024*768.

Is there any chance to bring it to life? If not, do you know about any firmware with my resolution?

Thanks for any help.

Hello to all. I have YuanDao Vido T22 tablet witch constantly reboot. I opened it and on motherboard is written:
N90-S-RK3188--V2.0
2013-05-17

and on chip:
Rockchip 3168.

I tried to flash with firmware for YuanDao N90 II, but in Rockchip batch tool (v1.8) always get error for wrong chip (firmware is for RK30, or RK31 depend on firmware image). Then I tried firmware for Rockchip 3168 for model N70 and in Rockchip batch tool it went all right and for chip it says RK300B.

I still can see tablet in Rockchip batch tool, but tablet wouldn's start.

Can someone help me what firmware to flash in this tablet?

The firmware of Yuandao T22 (aka N90 S, based on rk3168) was never published.

Oma, thanks for reply. Can you, please, reupload ROMs for 1024*768, because those links are broken?
