Looking for a clean 4.2.2 stock rom or a Custom/CWM rom, maybe from another tablet.Total backup stock rom included in post (Bootloader, backup, kernel, recovery etc).

This is my rist topic here so excuse me if I am posting in the wrong forum section.
I got an i-onik TP7-1000 (A13 proccesor, V13-pro_V03 2012-6-28 motherboard) recently from a friend. The tablet is only booting until the android boot image and stucks there. I couldn't force it to boot in recovery. Also the PC does not recognise it at all. I've tried different ports and cables with no success. I have found a solution online that says to find a ROM of the tablet, flash it on a SD Card, put the SD in the tablet and then, if I boot it up, it should repair itself.
1)I cannot find any rom for my specific model. I searched everywhere online but I couldn't find any compatible rom. Can you create one for me?
2)If yes, how should I get the tablet working? Is my method going to work?

My tablet have corrupted kernel(on the motherboard: q910_v20_20131208).
I will appreciate if someone shear Firmware or kernel for this unmarked tablet:

I cannot come across and find anything except this page.
