This may be a VERY stupid question, but here goes.  I attempted to load some Panasonic camcorder HD MTS files into the GBOOK video folder, but absolutely nothing happened.  I then read the handbook and discovered the format wasn't supported.  I converted the files into HD WMV9 format - it took a long, long time - and tried again.  Absolutely nothing happened once again.  What am I doing wrong?  Arnova support are less use than the proverbial chocolate teapot - NOTHING will get them to recognise my serial number, so I can't register.  If it matters, I'm using the internal memory, having not yet got a Micro SD card.
