The name says it all. I have emailed tech support a half dozen times in the last month and all I get back is.

I have a 90 G4 which is unusable because of the keyboard. Touching a single key enters multiple keys sometimes as many as 4.
I am disgusted with this company.
Apparently it seems that route is more efficient that regular support for users to get their issues considered.

I tried both Facebook and Twitter no help. To connect to Archos support you must register which requires an Archos serial number.
This is an extremely frustrating experience. The tablet is a Arnova 90 G4. Previous Arnova tablets have worked fine. Tiger-Direct only directs me to Arnovatech.com they do not handle warranty.
