I thought id start this as a fresh topic as the other issues one is becoming a bit jumbled up. I found that without changing any settings, parts of the web that require flash had a small blue cube in its place with a ? On it. I went onto appslib and downloaded flash player 11. When you go to open it to set it up, as its flash, it just comes up with the same blue cube.
I have heard of this on apple software as it doesn't support flash but not on android based products.
Any ideas. With youtube, it starts up, then a grey local screen comes on and loads the clip if that's any help?

You can try to click on that blue cube, it should start loading flash based content on that webpage. If you don't like this flash behaviour, you can (probably) change it in the browser(options icon -> settings -> advanced -> plug-ins display)

Hi globula, I'm having a few issues with some of the apps from this site, I either get unable to install file or parsing error, I have the box checked to allow from unknown sources and have installed various file manager apps as have seen this on other pages. Any thoughts?

This problem can be related to missing system libraries (Google related, that are not licensed on the device).

Can you specify which apps refuse to install ?

These does not seem to fall in the category of missing Google Maps / location libraries problems ( http://www.arctablet.com/blog/forum/arnova-7-g2/cannot-install-viber-on-arnova-7-g2-fenice57-custom-firmware/#p6610 )

A logcat error display would probably help to see the full reason of the parsing error... it requires to install ADB to see the debug log: http://www.arctablet.com/blog/devices/arnova/adb-and-fastboot-tutorial/

(this is for Arnova 7c G2, but it should work pretty much the same on the Arnova 9 G3)
