I recently had problems with my arnova 9 g3. Touch screen not responding to touch. I tried everything you guys suggested, without success. So I gave up on it. However I put it away in a cupboard for about a week, theb decided to use it again as I could make it function with a mouse. Well now it's working perfectly again.
Does this suggest a component or circuit fault?
I did not encounter this problem under a normal usage, the only situation when the touch screen did not work, was when i used a firmware from another tablet.
But still, on the 9G3, you can connect an usb mouse, and go to settings, and recalibrate the screen.
The touch screen on mine has just stopped working it starts up and runs the calibration but then i cant press the ok button so it just runs it again and again and again... anything I can try before taking it back to the shop where I bought it to get a new one, also I have custom firmware installed are they gunna be bitches about taking it back because of this?
