I just bought a brand new Arnova 9 G3. Thks to the team here, so that I have installed the FW you realeased last weekend which is giving me access to the Play Store and GMail...
So, at this step, I am still in a phase to discover this 9 G3. And I have already a question: I thought that it was possible to charge the Arnova using either the provided charger or through the micro USB connector... So, I tried to charge it using Micro USB, but it is not charging.. Is it a normal behavior ? I understand that charging through micro USB would take a longer time, but it is avoiding carrying the dedicated charger... So, if you are aware of anyway to charge by micro USB, I am definitively adopting this solution 😉
Thxs a lot for your help
The connection thru micro USB does not provide power, it's only used for data transfers.
And I'm not sure getting a converter USB to Arnova 9 G3 power connector will be that easy, as the tablet charger gives 9 volts while USB output is 5v.
