Hi everyone, recently I have tried everything to get my Arnova 9 G2 to be as good as it can be. I had Nexus on it and it was great for about 3 months and then the games all started crashing and I restored the original firmware by rooting it. Of course this means no google play and of course that makes the tablet unusable.

My big issue is that I cannot (and I know you guys are tired of hearing it) put my tablet into recovery mode, I did it before but even then it was a struggle. Here is the common problems

My computer when I press in the reset button immediatley tells me that a usb device has malfunctioned so I get no further than this. Also in the event when the tablet switches itself on and it prompts me to install drivers it will install the drivers for RK 2918 sdk but that still does not help me next time I try to put it into recovery.

So Im stuck - the damn thing wont go into recovery, also I tried the whole adb prompt thing on my new laptop and that enver worked either.

Last chance or it goes in the bin.

Sometimes a USB device can be a bit off in timing signals and communicate poorly with the host.

This is rare, but can happen.

The host itself also might be a bit off in timing.

In such cases it is possible to find a host that will accept the off timed device.

Try this thing with as many hosts as you can access, one of them will probably be just right.

Just my 2c.
