13y old can hack everything if he wants to. WinkAnyways, there are various parental control apps available in Google Play and the Play Store has content filtering which can be enabled in the settings. The ChildPad, a kids tablet from Archos/Arnova, comes with Mobile Parental Filter app from Profil Technology which, euhm..., works a little bit:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=one.paf.profiltechnology&hl=en

We shot a video to illustrate its usage on the ChildPad:

There are also some other options available in Google Play, but I am not really familiar with them. I know that app from Kasperky has similar options(maybe a little bit more), but is also limited to the default browser.. However, it's free, so you might want to try it out instead of Mobile Parental Filter.

We, as most parents, feel that the most important thing you as a parent can do is to communicate with your child about things that they are doing and seeing on the internet. Fortunately, there is a way, internet parental control, to monitor what they are actually doing on the computer. Check our site for more details.

I want to share this parental control app, but schools have access to communicate with parents ... add one more to the above mentioned apps .. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.schoola2zlive
