I turn off the tablet , i click on the menu and reset, and when i left them the tablet turn on , what´s the problem

Can somebody help me

i turn on the program rockchip tool on the computer , turn on the cable from the tablet to the computer, after that i turn off the tablet i wait some secoonds, and click on the reset and menu like the video , when i left those buttons, the tablet turn on  , in the video that i saw, it doesn´t happen

how to put the deviceinto recovery:

plugin to pc and turn off device

press and hold menu and power button simultaneously for around 5 seconds then push in reset button and hold all 3 in for a further 5 seconds

your pc should sound saying unknown device and your device should remain off if it turns on you did it wrong then type in

device manger into start and look for your arn9G2 it should be easy to spot as there will be an error as there is no drives installed, clickon it and press install driver, then press browse my machine, navigate to driver location and install, then done
