Hi,

the touch screen just does not respond, i've reset the tablet, it turns on, starts calibrating the screen, but when i touch OK nothing happens! I've tried it a dozen times and am at a complete loss, the tablet is then completly frozen, wont turn off! any help is appreciated.

You can first try to put a paperclip in the reset pinhole... it will restart the tablet and the calibration may kick off.

If it does not, try to reflash a firmware using Rockchip Flashing tool.

The ICS firmware for the 9G2 is reported to work quite nicely.

Thanks for the tips, the reset thing just didnt work, every time it restarted the tablet went into a calibration loop, over and over, if i touched the screen it froze! ha ha, anyway i let the battery run flat and when i plugged in the charger it restarted, started calibrating, but instead of touching the screen i pressed the home button, hey presto, it's now back to normal!

i might try the ICS firmware tho, looks good.

Cheers!
