hi i just want to ask is there any way of updating ArcTools to install 4.1.1 JB ?

 

because the way putting here

can`t apply it because i don`t have windows =( i have linux [ ubuntu ] 

 

so is there any solution for that =(

It's not possible to use ArcTools for that particular firmware because the partition layout is different from stock, so the system wouldn't boot after it's installed thru Arctools.

You should still be able to flash using rkflashtool, I don't have much experience on that, so you'll have to experiment on your own.

In the end, the easiest way is probably to find something with a Windows machine.

but how i can enter the ecovery flashing mode

i saw http://www.arctablet.com/blog/featured/flashing-arnova-g2-rockchip-2918-rockchip-flashing-tool/ but its not working with me :(  

 

its just say safe mood !! in the left corner and i can`t continue the rest steps 

 

is there any way =( of updating the img =(
