Hello.
Since I'm quiet new in all this stuff about tablets, I recently semi-bricked Arnova 8b G2 8GB by flashing custom firmware adapted for 8 G2 (standard RTFM issue), and only then discovered that not only there is no official firmware at all for this model, but there is no any FW to find anywhere. My semi-brick stuck on Arnova logo then reboot in loop.
What was more strange for me: this model is present on the market for almost a year, and still there is nothing to find except reviews and specifications; I've found one question posted months ago by one forum member who did the very same thing to his own 8b G2 like I did to mine - there was no any answer.
Now, long story short: Using Ubuntu x64 (my linux days were like ten years ago!), excellent guide to make FW dump found here, I was able to make FW dump of another working Arnova 8b G2.
If someone need this dump, I'm willing to upload it wherever is needed.
Now, the question - I've flashed semi-bricked 8b G2 using RKAndroidTool v1.35 and extracted images (afptool) and device is running up again and working with small strange issue: there is some applications missing (not big deal) including AppsLib (big deal, since there is no rooting app/procedure known to me).
How to get AppsLib back?

KurdtYou can download Appslib here:

Stock apps and content for the Arnova 8 G2 are available on Arnova server, some may work on the 8b G2:

Sorry for delayed response, I was offline for some time.
In this ZIP file you have extracted backup images, adapted usb drivers and RK Android Tool - you just need to flash your tablet to (hopefully) get it working again.
