Anyone out there help me with this ?

Would like to mirror all the apps i have on my HTC DESIRE S onto my new tablet.

have downloaded Google play using arctools 6 so have got most of what i need just need to add gps if poss

sorry this is all new to me but once i have the jist of it wont ask stupid questions

The Arnova G2 tablets do not have GPS support mainly due to missing Bluetooth capability, I don't think an USB GPS hooked to the USB port would work either.

There has been some "unofficial" Bluetooth support for the Arnova 7 G2, thru the use of a BT USB dongle, but it has not been integrated to other firmwares so far.

as i say this rooting business is all new to me I can use my phone as a wi fi hot spot to run the tablet when i am not indoors connected to my router,so is there anyway i could hook up the phones gps to the tablet basically want larger screen for google navigation

I think there are some GPS "sharing" applications for Android phones, that create a virtual Bluetooth GPS from the GPS on the phone that you can connect from other devices using Bluetooth. Unfortunately that wouldn't help as the Arnova 8 G2 has no Bluebooth.
