My 7c g2 has managed to go into bootloop, I have tried all the options available to get my XP pc to recognise it (I think)
Originally I was wanting to get Google on it for one bit of software. but could never get the pc to load the correct? driver, now it doesn't even start, It recognises it as 'Android' but that's as far as it goes, I have sdk avd all loaded I have searched the forum and tried all the options apart from wondering how far it will fly! The driver it is looking for is 'android_winusb.inf', when it finds one of the many I have downloaded it says does not have the correct information.
I even have a old laptop running linux (I haven't stooped to that ........yet)
I must be missing something blatantly obvious does anyone have any ideas where I can go from here
can you show me a screen from device manager ?
have you tried superoneclick to install the drivers ?
unpack the superoneclick in a folder, and run it then ....
select use alternate adb parser
link towards drivers
also, you can put these drivers in the superoneclick driver folder (overwrite)
install team viewer, send me the id and pass via private message and i will do it for you
