I'm happy to help IF I can! I have standard factory unit as I've been holding out any upgrade. However, I do not have the knowledge on how to create an image. I do have most the tools installed on my PC as per the guides here, so if you are able to advise on the process to back the orignal rom, I'll try and get the time to do so.
Try this location: /system/bin/recovery.img (in my MSI it's located here)
You can copy this file to your /sdcard with ES File Manager for example

i will try this day, if hilltophousemjh agrees to enter in his computer and try to get the stock recovery from his stock rom via team viewer
I`am right now on person pc`s ,that has the stock rom and recovery image on his device, i hope i will recover from him.
well i dumped the rom, but the boot and recovery image where not extracted, i dont know why, only the system file was extracted
here is written that exists Alternative Method of dumping just for recovery and boot images.

Hi all, Had a quick try today and got the below,I think I missed a root action. I'm not going to get chance for a few days now but any advice to resolve?
