If you fail somewhere, just re-read the tutorial.

try to boot the tablet in normal mode
enable usb debugging from settings/aplications/development
then download superoneclick from here http://www.arctablet.com/blog/forum/arnova-7c-g2-android-firmware-development/useful-stuff/
Try to install the drivers with the stock superoneclick
If it does not work, copy the arnova drivers, in the folder named drivers from the superoneclick (ofcourse, unrar the file)

If it does not work like this, it means that you have windows xp, or vista which raises mode problems when you whant yo install the drivers.

If you manage to install them, then get the tablet in fasboot mode, and see also if the bootloader interface is installed, if not, install it with superoneclick

There is also another app that installd the drivers, it is called Unlock Root, you can google this if superoneclick does not work also.

Tho check if the drivers are installed use the fallowing

adb devices
fastboot devices

shut down the device, connect the table to the computer, you will see the keys flashing
press IN THE SAME TIME THE POWER BUTTON AND VOLUME KEY MINUS
You should hear a sound from your computer if you do it right.

You can use the reset button from the back of the tablet to shut it down faster

nothing happened. I faced with one misunderstanding. when I connect the tablet in normal mode to my PC the PC gives a message "found new hardware Arnova 7c g2" and new hardware installation wizard window appears. I click on tab "Cancel". it happens four times. after that I can work in SuperOneClick and my device is recognised in command promt:

Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
(C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.

C:\Documents and Settings\Руся>cd "C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\platform -tools\"

C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools>adb devices
List of devices attached
0123456789ABCDEF device

C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools>

when I try to connect the tablet to the PC in fastboot mode (I make it as you wrote me. thank a lot for this) the same message

if you get the result from above it means that the adb is working, same for fastboot
you can get in fastboot mode also from adb
adb reboot bootloader

Hi, I have an unusual scenario.  Similar to rusyasmile I can't get to fastboot.  I can get ADB devices showing the device, and then use adb reboot bootloader.  The device shutsdown and does not reboot.  Power button and down vol does not work, i.e. no flashing lights and no USB sound. Superoneclick does not see the device.  Off of the USB cable the device starts and boots normally into stock ROM.  USB debugging is on.  I reinstalled stock rom from links on this site.  Still unable to get to fastboot.  Maybe I'll just have to stick with the stock ROM!

I agree - I'll try to get the best out of the stock ROM.
